Five Exercises in Five Minutes

Here's a video of a workout you can do at home in less than 5 minutes. These 5 exercises will include:
  • Warming up the shoulders and hips
  • Upper and lower body strength
  • Coordination

You can write down this list of exercises if you want to refer to them in the future:

  • Arms Diagonal Swing - 10 each arm. Warms up the shoulders.
  • Hula Hoops - 10 each way. Warms up the hips and lower back.
  • Diagonal Hip Extension - 10 each leg. Strengthens the glutes and hamstrings.
  • Bent Row - 10 each arm. Strengthens the biceps and upper back muscles.  (One handweight is optional but recommended)
  • Diagonal Lunge and Reach - 10-20 total. Coordination.
