This is a handy spiral-bound book that seeks to help seniors
regain a sense of balance in their movement through an easy 15-minute
daily workout. The author, Kim-Bright Fey, developed the exercises
presented in the book, which aims at enhancing the confidence and
gracefulness of a person’s movement.
A licensed physical
therapist and consultant for health and wellness programs, Bright-Fey
recommends exercises for increasing strength and agility at a time when
one’s level of physical fitness starts to wane. It also helps seniors
acquire a more relaxed state of mind.
The book is accompanied by a CD, and the exercises require basic
implements, such as a chair, ball or pillow.
