The Ultimate Senior Fitness Collection has over 20 workouts that are designed specifically for seniors. Featuring fitness experts Robin Stuhr, Cindy Joseph and Sarina Cordello, the 300-minute DVD shares different types of exercises, allowing seniors to create their own physical fitness program, set their exercise goals and maintain an active lifestyle.

Included in this video are basic routines, such as stretching, aerobics, yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, cardio dance, resistance training and more. All of the routines have been modified to fit the health requirements of seniors and to emphasize safety. The video hopes to aid them in common health concerns like health management, bone loss, flexibility and improving range of motion.
